Food is amazing, but as others have said, very annoying they wrap their kebabs in foil, especially when you have to reheat it, because the other food item your partner ordered takes a lot longer to cook, and it's cold by the time they give it to you - they don't time their cooking very well. Gozlemes/baked potatoes are great, but we have waited up to 30 minutes for one (and we were the only customers in the store so it's not like they were busy). Service is friendly, unless friends of theirs come in, and then you get shunned by all staff until the friends leave. Overall, great food, but don't go there if you're in a hurry!
